John has lead AORA since in June 2022. Prior to joining AORA, John had worked extensively in senior roles within the farming/primary production sectors including dairy, beef, fodder and most recently as CEO for the Tasmanian Farmers and Graziers Association. John has also worked within the IT industry and the fast-moving-consumer-goods (FMCG) sector.

Alex has been with AORA since 2019, bringing with her two decades of experience in community engagement, events and marketing in the not for profit and association sector. Alex has spent 15 years working in the environmental sector including sustainable water management, waste management and litter prevention. Alex is also an Independent Board Member with the Fleurieu Regional Waste Authority. Alex has Bachelors Degrees in Media and Communications, Marine Biology and Environmental Biology.

Jacqui joined the AORA team in November 2025 as National Policy and Advocacy Officer, based in NSW. She brings more than 15 years of experience spanning consulting, policy and economic development and stakeholder engagement in the food, agriculture, logistics, and not-for-profit sectors. She is looking forward to playing a role in advancing the needs of industry through her strong problem-solving skills and operational and systems thinking. Jacqui will work actively with members across the country, the State Committees and state and territory government departments and agencies.
