This robust designed machine has a drum with variable speed control and dimensions of 9.31m in length and 2.32m in diameter, making the Phoenix 3300 the most versatile trommel on the market today.
Having such a long drum length with variable speed control allows optimum material separation through the entire length of the barrel. The inclined drum comes with screen mesh segments that are easily changeable, an option for punch plate segments is available also. The drum operates by a powerful four-wheel drive system with high performance friction grip wheels used to turn the trommel drum and it can run bi-directionally. The drum also has a variable operating angle for changing in different challenging applications.
A large feed hopper with a standard capacity of 7.8m³ (hopper extensions optional) gives operators excellent onsite flexibility to do other tasks whilst still giving optimum material production. The feeder is also load-sensing and has an automatic shutdown feature.
One of the machines finest features is the final product conveyor which swivels at 180°, it also has a maximum 5.8m discharge height allowing customers to generate massive stockpiles of finished material. This is remote controlled and activated from the loader cabin.
The Phoenix 3300, powered by a Caterpillar C7.1 engine producing 151kW (202 hp) with excellent fuel economy, combined with a powerful hydraulics system and automatic feeder speed control guarantee the machine is always working at its optimum.
Serviceability was at the forefront of the machine design with ground level greasing and daily checks so operators can easily go about their daily tasks. Access to skirting and conveyors is easily accessible for major service intervals.
